Return, Refund/Exchanges & Warranty Policies

  1. Return and Replacement:

In case of a Misplaced & defected product:

  • If wrong product or defected product is found it can be returned immediately to the delivery

Man. (No delivery charge required)

  • Check the item in front of delivery man or shoot an unboxing video to claim (Must)
  • Please do not break the seal of your received Product & keep the delivery packaging & invoice

In case the Customer Changes his/her Mind:

  • If you cancel the order at your doorstep, delivery charge needs to be paid.
  • Changes of mind not applicable once you take the delivery and delivery man leave your location.

 

  • Quality of the Product depends on Brand (Manufactures), you cannot return a product if you do

                not like the product quality.

 

  1.  b)  Warranty Policy:
  • Saffron Sunlight provides warranty. Depending on the products. warranty can be from 10 days to 365 days.
  • If any problem occurs, please knock us on our support number or our Facebook page. We will collect the product and provide required service. Total service will be FREE OF COST.
  • For warranty claim, warranty card and cash memo must be shown.
  • Let us know within the warranty period for any inconvenience.
  • We will take 7-14 days of inspection time to examine the validity of your warranty claim. If our inspection justifies your warranty claim only then we will provide required service.

 

 

  1. Refund/Exchange:

 

  • Refund policy will be applicable only when you made the payment but the product(s) is/are out of stock.
  • In terms of replacement, if the replacement is out of stock only then you can request for the refund.
  • A refund policy will be applicable if the request for a refund is made within the 3 calendar days.
  • In terms of misplaced or defected product, the product must be sealed, wrapped, intact condition (as delivered).
  • If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 2-3 days via online banking/mobile banking.
  • If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will provide support right away.
  • If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 15 Working days.
